Cookies Policy
Short version
caffinix.com doesn't use tracking cookies. We don't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or any advertising tracker. We don't share anything with ad networks.
We do use a small amount of browser storage on your device for things to function — like remembering your theme preference. Details below.
What we store in your browser
Today, these are the only items this site writes to your browser's localStorage. Nothing is sent to a server unless you submit a form:
- caffinix-theme — your light/dark theme choice, so the site loads in your preferred mode. Stored on your device only.
- iris-waitlist— a flag that you've already submitted the Iris waitlist form, so we don't show you the form again. Stored on your device only.
We don'tuse traditional HTTP cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. We don't fingerprint you. We don't share storage with any third party.
Third-party services
A few embedded services may set their own cookies or storage when they're used:
- Hosting provider. Our host may set short-lived cookies for security purposes (CDN, bot detection, deployment routing).
- Calendar booking (if and when a third-party scheduler is embedded). Those tools set their own cookies governed by their privacy policies.
We'll list specific third parties here as we lock our production stack. If you need the current list for compliance purposes, email hello@caffinix.com.
How to control browser storage
Because we don't use tracking cookies, there's no consent banner to dismiss. If you still want to clear what we've stored:
- All browsers:open your site settings for caffinix.com and clear “site data” or “cookies and site storage.”
- Quick path in Chrome / Edge: open DevTools (F12) → Application → Local Storage → caffinix.com → clear.
Clearing storage means we'll forget your theme preference and the Iris waitlist flag. The site will keep working normally.
